The OASIS TOSCA public web page should be updated to provide an outlook to the public where TOSCA is heading in 2015 and which new concepts, functions and features can be expected.
In order to reflect additional input the TM&E has revised the proposed text. 
The new draft version can be found at

Each TC member, esp. members of other ad hoc teams, are encouraged to review and comment. We aim at reaching consensus as soon as possible to publish the approved text.
