Requesting LOA

Hi Paul, hi Simon,

 

I will be out for  vacation from May  4^th thru May 15^th, 2015. Therefore, I am requesting LOA for that time period.

I am aware that this is my second LOA within 12 months, so therefore I presume an according  TC motion will be necessary.
