The definition and grammar of the node_template is lacking and defer details to the tosca.nodes.Root and this is not the proper way to define.

Also attributes in tosca.nodes.Root seems to map the XML attributes counterpart but the definition of the "attribute" section states another meaning.
The ID of a nodetemplate should be unique in the template and has nothing to do with the running attribute.
