        The document is to support the proposal to enhance the standard to support external systems in the topology description-.
This will help the monitoring flow enabling the orchestrator to recover information of an external system like the monitoring one and apply the correct configurations to nodes it is generating.
The proposal is for both the XML and YAML specifications
