As stated in the call yesterday we decided to work on a couple of use cases regarding Compute and Web Server.
The goal is to look at Policies and evaluate the "service instance" as a pot4ential location for monitoring information.

As promised the following document is a first draft of the Compute use case so we can start reasoning together on something written.  No syntax example for now just concepts: https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/tosca/download.php/56523/compute%20monitoring%20use%20case.doc
