Hi Peter,

I'm so sorry. With the "controversial" discussion at the end of the call and the fact that we had already passed that part of the agenda, I completely forgot about your LOA. That said; there is a loophole in the process. Do you happen to remember when you last requested a LOA. If it was more than a year ago, we are not required to have a TC motion. Your notification to the chairs and TC are sufficient.
