Subject: RE: Sample Virtual Router VNFD Template
Thanks Chris. We sure can talk this through in the next NFV meeting. - Sridhar From: Chris Lauwers [mailto:lauwers@ubicity.com]
Hi Sridar, I ran your scripts through my validator and cleaned them up to remove all validation errors. Results attached (I used the “cleaned up” NFV types that I incorporated
in rev04 of the NFV spec). Perhaps we can start using these as examples in the NFV profile spec? I have a number of comments on these scripts. Let’s discuss during our next NFV meeting. thanks, Chris From: Sridhar Ramaswamy [mailto:sramasw@Brocade.com]
Thanks Shitao. I just uploaded the docs here, https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/tosca/download.php/56765/SingleVNFvRouterVNFD.v2.pdf
I’m really interested to see this
Simple Virtual Router VNF Template through any tosca validator. BTW, quick heads up. I’ll be off for the OpenStack summit next week and I won’t be able to attend the TOSCA NFV meeting on Monday.

Hi Sridhar Since you are a member of TOSCA, and the slide is related to NFV adhoc (in TOSCA), uploading these documents on the TOSCA server is the right way to do. Regards shitao 发件人: Sridhar

BTW, a quick noob question .. is it appropriate to use OASIS’s website to upload these docs (specifically to TOSCA document repo) instead of floating them as email attachments? - Sridhar From: Sridhar Ramaswamy
Hi folks, It was a good discussion this morning. Please find attached the slides and the google doc write up used in today’s call. I hope we can continue the discussion in this thread. Specifically, it will be good to iron out how to define a ConnectionPoint connected to an existing network
(created outside a VNF’s lifecycle) Thanks, - Sridhar From: Sridhar Ramaswamy

Greetings, I made some more edits to the google doc to capture, 1. Simple profile version of vRouter template 2. First stab at tosca-nfv profile for vRouter. We can discuss more tomorrow's call.
