The NFV profile doc defines ELine as follows:
tosca.nodes.nfv.VL.ELine:
  derived_from: tosca.nodes.nfv.VL   
  capabilities:
    virtual_linkable:
      occurrences: 2

However, according to the Simple Profile spec, the 'occurrences' keyname only takes a range, not a single integer
