Nguyenphu, Thinh (Nokia - US/Irving) Hello, In consultation with the TC Co-Chairs and as discussed in the TC meeting of January 12th, this is a F2F meeting of the NFV and SDN Ad Hoc Workgroup, open to all
TOSCA TC Members and Observers. For those interested TOSCA TC Members and Observers who cannot attend in person, a phone bridge and web conferencing facility will be provided (see OASIS Calendar).
Meeting invitation detail as following:

Venue: Nokia (Irving office) @ 6000 Connection Drive, Irving,
TX 75039.

Meeting Schedule: February 13 and 14. Start time: 9:00 AM
on February 13 and End-time: 3:00 PM on February 14
・
Wifi: During registration, please make sure your email address
is correct.

GoToMeeting: Yes. Detail call-in info will be provide later.
・
Break: The host will provide beverages during coffee breaks.
Participants have the opportunity to purchase lunch in the Nokia café or outside restaurant.

Transportation: Nearest airport is Dallas Fort-Worth International
Airport (DFW). Nokia office is very close to DFW airport, 10 minute drive. Recommend to rent a car, taxi, or Uber. Walking nearby hotel to/from office is not good option.

Hotel: There are good choice of hotels near Nokia office,
e.g toward east side of Nokia office. NOTE: Highway 114 is under construction between DFW airport and Nokia office. Recommend to avoid any hotel between this section of the road.
