A Special Majority Ballot to approve TOSCA Simple Profile in YAML v1.1 csprd02 as a Committee Specificatoin has been set up.
Because of the upcoming July 4th holiday in the US, I have set the ballot to open on July 5 and run through July 11 so avoid having it run over 2 days where people may not be in range of voting. Note that this is a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 17 voting members so at least 12 <2/3 x 17> members have to vote Yes in order to pass.
