I believe that Matt has already created a special 2 hour meeting using the same conference resources he usually uses (I’ll send you a copy directly, just in case). Similarly, the TC agenda for this Thursday, the 13th, will include agenda items that I receive from the involved ad hoc leaders (Matt, Luc, Shitao, and Fengkai) after joint ad hoc meeting of the 11th.
The TC meeting will remain 90 minutes in order to confirm to existing expectations regarding time/duration.

Hi Chris,
At last week’s TC meeting, there was rough consensus around the idea of reusing the YAML Ad Hoc of the 11th for a joint technical meeting with the YAML and NFV ad hocs. The TC meeting of the 13th would be used for more formal discussion and decision making.
It seems wise to use established times for an ad hoc (YAML, in this case), and the TC.

My understanding was that you were going to coordinate a separate joint YAML/NFV meeting outside of our normal slot to make sure we get all the right people involved. The results from that meeting would then be discussed in our normal YAML meeting.

Just wanted to confirm that we can re-purpose next Tuesday’s Simple YAML Profile meeting on July 11th for a joint discussion with the NFV Profile Adhoc Working Group.
As we discussed in last week’s TC meeting, we need to address a potential split within the TOSCA standard. The plan of action, as I understood it, was to have a joint meeting on Tuesday, followed by a readout and/or additional discussion in the TOSCA TC meeting next Thursday, July 13th.
Can this be accommodated?
