        The Co-chair (Paul) proposes this extension the YAML Ad Hoc aspirational document so as to provide a full, TC aspirational statement for the TC page, as that is the expectation and our other Ad Hoc groups are not currently in a state for such an update. Minor, non-semantic changes to the YAML Ad Hoc material has also been made. 

After TC discussion at our next meeting, there will be a week for further consideration with a TC vote at the following meeting. Presuming TC approval, this text will be added to the public-facing material for the TOSCA TC.
