Or iginally\, it was aimed\nat deploying on-top-of-the-cloud wo rkloads with the Simple Profile. Then\nthe Simple Profile fo r NFV was introduced for modeling network services\,\nagain on-top-of-the-cloud. But what about the infrastructure? And how does\nnetworking fit in there\, as a part-of-the-infrast ructure workload? In this\npresentation we'\;ll show how it'\;s possible to use the full potential of\nTOSCA'\; s object-oriented paradigm and its substitution feature to c ompose\ncoherent topologies from hardware to networks to app lications. This will\nallow for a more integrated and more m anageable datacenter architecture\,\nready to tackle the eve r increasing complexity of our cloud use cases."\;\n\n \ n\nTOSCA TC Strategic Proposals (Current Work-in-Progress an d Beyond): Continuing Review\, Prioritization\, and Disposit ion\nNOTE: May be tabled until August 22nd or our first Sept ember due to possible time constraints \n* 2019-06-06 Propos al Spreadsheet v5: https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/doc ument.php?document_id=65425&wg_abbrev=tosca\n\n \n\nMarketin g\, TC Events\, Conferences\, etc. for 2019 \nACTION: Paul t o inquire regarding OASIS sponsored conferences\nALSO: PLEAS E SUPPORT THE TC!\n1.
