new document versions uploaded

I uploaded new versions of the “TOSCA Version 2.0 Specification” and “Introduction to TOSCA” documents that reflect our discussion during last week’s TC meeting:

Specifically, I moved the sections that define the TOSCA types (both the old “normative types” as well as the non-normative type definitions) from the “TOSCA Version 2.0 Specification” into the “Introduction to TOSCA” document based on our decision that type definitions will no longer be part of the TOSCA standard itself.

In the process, I also moved the chapter that defines the CSAR file structure from the “Introduction to TOSCA” to the “TOSCA Version 2.0 Specification”, since clearly that chapter is a normative chapter.

No further edits were included.
