TOSCA Version 2.0

(syntax may be a bit mangled, since I've pasted together several sets of comments) I hope this will be useful...
- The captions of the images (Figures) will be more functional if they are located ABOVE the figures - so a link to them will result in seeing the entire image instead of just the bottom. (For example, clicking on the text "Figure 1" in Section 3 jumps so the figure can't be seen without scrolling up.)
- In Section 8, the numbering of the individual statements continues between Conformance Clauses. Clause 1 starts with statement 1, while Clause 2 starts with statement 4, and Clause 3 starts with statement 9. (Not necessarily incorrect - it is possible that this is intentional.)
- The hyperlink for the Normative Reference [ISO-IEC-21320-1] was corrupted - I fixed it (set it equal to the visible URI) in the published csd02.
- The URIs listed in the Non-Normative References are not hyperlinked. They should be changed to hyperlinked URIs.
The rest of the comments relate to cross-references, both linked and unlinked:
linked references:
- Several existing cross-references were not updated in the DOCX source for csd02, initially resulting in incorrect references (the document approved by the TC did not have updated cross references, but I updated them before publishing the csd02):
-- 4.2.1.3.1.3 refers to Section 3.2.2.1, but the number should be 4.2.2.1. Since this is a cross-reference "field", it is expected to update automatically when certain events happen (such as printing). Unfortunately, Word does not automatically update the fields when the file is simply saved. NOTE: I forced all cross-reference fields to update using "F9" after selecting the entire document. This did indeed correct this instance. Also, cross-references in 4.2.5 are now updated (in the published files).
unlinked references (plain text):
- In Section 8, many of the Conformance Clause statements refer to specific section numbers, but they are not linked. It appears that almost all of the section numbers referenced from Section 8 are incorrect. Using cross-references can help keep the numbers synced.
Some other plain text references noted: (probably not all of them)
-- 2.3 refers to Sections 3.9 and 3.8, but these are probably wrong now.
-- 4.1.1 - apparent incorrect section reference (2.1)
-- 4.2.1.2 - apparent incorrect section references (3.1 and 3.2)
Please let us know if we can help further.
Best regards,
Paul
