Iâm currently working on updating the initial sections that describe TOSCA, its main concepts, and the meta mode. These sections could benefit from better positioning in a âmodernâ cloud-native world.

The index needs regenerating as the heading names have changed.
I think this change allows a number of the comments to be resolved, particular those by Michael Rehder.
