1/Roll call taken
2/Stephen summarized the F2F meeting that took place in Washington DC on 12 December 2003. Key points:  at the meeting the TC reviewed Bill Looby's document section by section,  discussing and deciding upon the relevancy of each section to the Trans WS deliverables.  Arle collected the mintues,  but they have not yet been posted.  
3/WSDL 2nd draft was reviewed.
4/Progress on specification was reviewed
  Remaining work: 
     Andre to finish language support and descriptions.
     Stephan agreed to complete service types WSDL and narrative.
     Gerard will complete section on security.
     Tony to send Arle OASIS specification template.
     Peter to draft an introduction and organise overall content.
   No date for completion yet, but does not look like will be complete by end of Jan 2004 as originally expected. 
   A working "final" draft will be drafted and distributed by Peter before the next meeting.
5/AOB - no new business.
