Dear Fellow Committee Members,

Please find attached the schema for the Trans WS service types taken 
from our specification document.

I have spoken to Mavis Cournane regarding the code lists and she kindly 
agreed to share with us the reasons why the UBL TC decided to adopt its 
position.

Please accept again my apologies regarding Thursday's meeting - I will 
be in transit at that time and cannot make the meeting.
