3/ WSDL/ draft specification
a/ Review of WSDL
Stephen has done some considerable work on the WSDL and has sent a number of WSDL and Schema files to the rest of the TC for review.
He has split the WSDL into three, Service, Binding and Interface and has sent the corresponding WSDL WSTransService.wsdl, WSTransBinding.wsdl and WSTransIntf.wsdl. He has also sent a number of XSD files based on the work done by Anrzej and Stephen. These are WSTransTypes.xsd, iso639.xsd, ContentDomain.xsd and TWS-ServiceTypes.xsd. Stephen has also uploaded an implementation of the web service to sourceforge.net at http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=100120.
Tony said that he had done some testing work on the schemas and had come across some issues.
There was a discussion on whether to use version number in the URN or to always have the latest version available at a particular address. To do this would require full backward compatibility which might not be easy to achieve. Stephen suggested that he would investigate the possibility of using a URN which could be used to locate either the latest version or a particular version number. See more details in his mail http://www.oasis-open.org/archives/trans-ws/200403/msg00019.html

b/ Testing the WSDL
Gerard has been talking to the Visual Studio team and they are planning to test the web service implementation which Stephen has built.

c/ List for Status information
d/ List for Current stage information
Peter agreed to send a list of possible value for Status and Current Stage.

e/ Suggestions for name and other minor changes
It was agreed to review the document which Peter has sent out at our next meeting.

4/ UDDI - How to deal this with this
It was agreed that it would be useful to have someone look at UDDI and how to deal with them. Peter will mail the list asking for volunteers.

5/ Face to Face to review completed specification
It was agreed that it would be useful to have a face to face meeting to complete the specification. This could possibly be held in Ireland or the UK at the end of April. Peter will write to the rest of the group asking their opinion on this.
