2/ Minutes of last meeting

The minutes of the last meeting were agreed as a correct record. (Tony proposed acceptance, Andrzej seconded proposal.)

3/ Review of specification from Face to Face meeting

It was agreed that Magnus' comments, which he had circulated to the group prior to the meeting, would be worked into the document by Peter.

Peter the walked the group through the specification. 

- Introduction
No further comments on service report.

- Security
The wording of this section needs to be reviewed again, incl. the definitions, references, code for each schema.

- Translation request quote
Incorrect capitalisation, quotation marks

- Status notification and delivery
Issue: how to find out whether project is late?

Status: free-form entry for status probably not idea; Andrzej will clarify this with Stephen.

- Reference files
Include diagram for clarity.

Is it possible to associate resource files at request quote stage? Get Stephen's comments on this. - Could resource being uploaded without a job ticket? Could parameter be passed in request quote? Should resource be passed with every quote?

Get resolution of this at the next meeting.

- List of calls
There was a long discussion around Retrieve job information and the possible inclusion of Retrieve resource list, Retrieve resource information, Retrieve resource.

It was decided to add an optional free-form comment field in Retrieve job information to cover for the above.

- Appendix 1
Check spelling and completeness.

- Appendix 2
No changes.

Peter will re-check the specification based on the discussions and the comments submitted by Magnus by email. 

5/ AOB 
Reinhard pointed out that Tony will give a presentation on OASIS topics at the LRC International Localisation Summer School.
Peter said that OASIS is organising a roadshow

6/ Next meeting
Thursday June 10th.
