User definable Schema codes

Hi Everyone,

I have added user definable areas to the following TransWS Schemas:

TransWSDomainTypes.xsd
TransWSStatus.xsd
TransWSServiceTypes.xsd
TransWSScope.xsd

The additional codes will allow users to extend the existing codes if 
required.

Please find attached the updated zip file containing all of the TransWS 
schemas.
