3/ Committee specification 
- Whitepaper 
The LRC have agreed to be involved in this as they need to publish material as part of their academic work. Peter and Kevin agreed to work on this.

Peter and Kevin will compile the table of contents and send it to the TC for comments by the end of next weeks. 

How business can communicate using this system/ Use cases was seen as very important to be discussed in the whitepaper. The LRC implementation would be useful to the whitepaper. Some people such as Steve Holmes of Novell and Alan Melby have expressed an interest in the LRC implementation being Open Source. Kevin will discuss this with Reinhard.

- FAQ 
Tony will come up with a rough list of questions and send to the Tc. We will add to this, get a full list of questions and then answer. 

- Other supporting documents 
We will have links to recent presentations given on Translation Web services.

4/ Conferences - Berlin - Language Standards for Global Business -

Peter briefed the team on the Berlin conference. There was a lot of interest in what the TC was doing particularly from SUN and Google. There was also a proposal to set up a web site WIKI Standards as part of the Wikipedia project. Peter has already mailed the TC with information on this.
Kevin briefed the TC on the IGNITE project and the conference which was held in Dublin last December. This included a presentation on XLIFF from Tony and Trans WS from Kevin and Peter. The meeting included a review of the IGNITE projects work.

5/ Membership campaign & Web site 
Peter briefed the team on what has been happening with the Web site. Kevin mentioned that some of the IGNITE people were very interested in how the Trans WS specification could be used. Over the next three months we will use presentations, the specification support material and the web site.
