1/ Roll call 
Present: Tony, Paul, Peter. As there were only three members present the meeting was not quorate so we met in committee

3/ Committee specification 
Peter will supply details of specification update ahead of meeting 
Paul has started reviewing the update document. He mentioned a number of issues.
associateResource and disAssociateResource are now required and the references to these needs updating.
We need to decide how to deal with the new way of generating a ticket.
We need to check the name attribute in languagePairs and ticket have been updated.
The Appendices are out of date.
It was agreed that Paul would finish this by the end of the week and Peter would make the changes early next week. Peter will also check the FAQs and Whitepaper.
We will have a ballot to start the process of becoming a committee specification after this.
