RE: Trans WS document

Hi Paul, All,

My apologies for the delay in getting this done. I was rushed off my feet with my day job.

I have uploaded the latest version but I have not been able to complete everything. See note below.

associateResource, disassociateResource need to be required as the are needed to associate file to the job. – not sure of convention for doing this.

associateResource needs updating to match the schema. - done

disassociateResource needs need updating to match the schema. - done

Need to add generateTicketRequest. – note yet done

Appendix A need updating as associateResource, disassociateResource are now required. - Done

Apendix E needs updating with the new TransWSBind.wsdl - done
