By bi-weekly do you mean twice a week (which is what I would understand) or every other week (what I would call fortnightly)?

This is a difference between English and American usage.

I have filled it in with the times I can usually make - as it happens I am traveling most of the week of the 19th so may not be able to make the next meeting.

As mentioned there is slight difference in the weeks between the end of European and US Summer time.
