Hi Mary,

This seems to be just a tutorial powerpoint.
The version that went into the Dec 2011 ITU-T
Q10/17 interim meeting is attached.  There
are apparently a number of open issues
that were discussed at that meeting.  The
report of the meeting has apparently yet to
be written.
