Motion language and publication URLs

That was a very productive phone call. Thank you for getting on the phone so that we could quickly sort things out.

As promised, here is motion/ballot language for the first and second deliverables and the links where they will eventually be published.

For the link to the document in Kavi that you use in your motions, please use the publicly visible link, not the one that requires logging in to Kavi. See the attached screenshot for how to find it. When you load a working draft to Kavi, it generates an email to the TC mailing list like the one shown in the attached screen shot. Simply copy the link on "Public Download Link" and use that in your motion.

1. Survey of Methods of Trust Elevation

Here is the motion that someone can make in the meeting. As I explained, it needs to pass with 51% of your voting members in favor.

Motion: "I move to have the TC approve "Survey of Methods of Trust Elevation Version 1.0" working draft ## contained in <public URL to ZIP file in Kavi> as a Committee Note and designate the <doc or odf or html or pdf - whichever you want> version as authoritative."

After you pass this motion, someone can then submit a request to me to publish the Committee Note at https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tc-admin-requests/committee-note-draft-creation-upload-request . In that ticket, don't worry about the Committee Note Draft number. I'll supply that when I publish the document.

When we publish the Committee Note, it will be at:

2. Analysis of Methods of Trust Elevation Version 1.0
