1.       Andrew gave status on comment review

2.       All comments have been addressed

3.       Section 8 need to be developed and will be done by end of august

4.       Tc need to provide feedback on all section including 8 by end of august

5.       Andrew to ask Chet for next steps

6.       All previous meeting minutes approved

7.       Meeting adjourned
