Subject: Candidate requirement - schema fragment synthesis

One of the work products out of the Montréal Methodology was an XSLT script
that synthesized conformant (to the methodology) UBL code list fragments
from a list of enumerations.

Is it a requirement of CLSC to produce such a tool so that someone with an
enumeration of values can run the tool to create a UBL-compatible code list
fragment?

I believe this should be TTSC's responsibility, but we need to address this
as a group and decide.

Perhaps if we had an XML instance expression of the code list data model we
divine then we could write an XSLT stylesheet that read the data model
instance and a list of enumerations in order to produce a schema module for
use with UBL.
