Subject: [ubl-comment] Preliminary schedule for UBL meeting 3-7 June 2002


Following is a preliminary schedule for the UBL meeting to be
hosted by ASC X12 and DISA in Minneapolis 3-7 June 2002.  See the
UBL page at http://oasis-open.org/committees/ubl/ for links to
registration and hotel information.  (Reminder: hotel registration
closes 10 May; meeting preregistration closes 24 May.)

Note that attendance by TC voting members the morning of Friday 7
June is required in order that the TC be able to conduct business.
I will be following up with the usual poll of voting members to
determine who will actually be physically present at the meeting.
(As always, prospective TC members and UBL subcommittee members
who are not voting members of the TC are welcome to participate in
the plenary sessions, but for voting and quorum purposes they are
technically considered to be invited observers, so they don't need
to be concerned about this piece of administrivia.)
