  the first is supposed to be OrderResponseOrderID (the identification 
of the Order we are responding to) and the second is OrderResponseID (an 
identification of this response).  the problem is with incorrect use of 
object classes and names for these BIEs.

can you make these chages to your copy and let us know if this helps?
