#2 and #3, note these two URIs:

In "1)", committeees --> committees
In "1)" and "2)" the underlying HTML code for the link is incorrect

somehow corrupted to:

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/%5Bspecific

The PDF format for the document appears to have the same defect; I didn't
inspect the ODT.
