The ubl-comment list is for formal input into the standards development
process.  For questions about UBL, please use the ubl-dev list.  You can
subscribe to that list using the list manager at

OASIS is performing an upgrade to their systems this weekend and will be
offline until Monday, so you should probably wait until then to
subscribe.

Subscribers to the ubl-dev list include some developers in
Spanish-speaking countries, but several of them will be attending
meetings next week in Europe and the U.S., so responses may be slower
than usual.
