JAVEST has successfully implemented the UBL 2.1 Committee Specification 1 (cs1) approved on 19 June 2013 into its upcoming “Business Writer” tool (UBW), in accordance with the conformance clauses in Section 6.1. This included interoperation with independent implementations.
JAVEST has successfully tested Business Writer with all UBL 2.1 sample document instances and created new test instances for any document model from the UBL 2.1 set.
Main purpose of Business Writer is to provide a business tool to the market to deal with any xml aspect in a simple and productive way by hiding and leveraging any complexity.
Particularly Business Writer dynamically synthesizes a business-friendly UI for reading and writing UBL document instances as well as other xml dialects.
Business Writer includes a “virtual customization” feature that is meant to virtually prune an UBL document model (xsd) and produce simplified UIs to meet specific implementation profiles of UBL, either conformant or compatible.
Business Writer provides in bundle the full UBL 2.1 and supports by design the following features:
