A quick note regarding the reference to ISO/TS 15000-5:2005, this Technical Specification no longer exists, it official status within ISO is that it is “withdrawn” and has been replaced by the revised ISO 15000-5:2014 which is a IS.

It would be more appropriate to replace the old reference with the new, assuming that Version 3.0 of UBL's Naming and Design Rules is not in conflict with the revised ISO 15000-5:2014.
