the UBL Committee.  I am pleased to acknowledge its receipt.

I have added this specific topic to our next 
agenda for discussion purposes.  I will respond 
to this comment when we have completed an 
analysis of your input.  Having quickly reviewed 
the content I appreciate the opportunity to 
explain some of our decisions in light of our expectations for the format.

We very much appreciate the effort to prepare feedback.
