Subject: Re: [ubl-comment] Missing WithholdingTax item in CreditNodeLine
Thank you for this input to the UBL committee.Your issue has been assigned to the Post Award Subcommittee to be addressed. The issue is deferred to UBL 2.3 as we have closed new requirements for UBL 2.2 that is currently in progress.
The following ticket has been created to ensure your issue is properly addressed:
https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/UBL-139 Thank you, again, for your assistance to make UBL better. . . . . . . . Kenp.s. I, too, find the schemas hard to read which is why I created the HTML reports in the first place. Both the HTML reports and the XSD schemas are synthesized from the genericode expression of the CCTS model for UBL, and so it is expected one need never actually look in the XSDs but can find everything needed to know for a UBL instance from the HTML report, including all attributes for all BBIEs

I notice that the Invoice and CreditNote objects both have WithholdingTax entries, but while the InvoiceLine object has a WithholdingTax entry, the CreditNoteLine object does not. Logically it should have. It would seem that the DebitNoteLine is also missing the WithholdingTax entry.I am taking this from http:/docs/oasis-open.org/ubl/csprd01-UBL/mod/summary/reports/UBL-CreditNote-2.2/html#Table_CreditNodeLine.Details, I have notchecked the schema (I find them hard to read).
