Subject: [ubl-csc] Minneapolis Agenda
Hi,
X12 traditionally publishes a very detailed agenda book by group which identifies room number, group, and time. They want to publish a separate UBL schedule. To support this, I need the SC chairs to provide their work plan for the week. You also need to identify any special AV requirements. Please provide by 10 May. Your submission should look something like the following:
Marketing - 6 people
2- 4 pm Monday 6 prong power outlet
1 - 3 pm Wednesday 6 prong power outlet
9 - 2 Thursday 6 prong power outlet
LCSC - 20 people
3 - 5 pm Monday
9am - 5 pm Tuesday
9am - 5 pm Wednesday
9am - 5 pm Thursday
8 - 10 am Friday
Need computer projector, screen, butcher paper, markers, and 20 power outlets
