- sounds about right to me :-)

maybe add an external phone line for people to get internet access.

also, we may have need for teleconference call (or at least a speakerphone)
 - can this be arrange in our room.

X12 traditionally publishes a very detailed agenda book by group which identifies room number, group, and time.  They want to publish a separate UBL schedule.  To support this, I need the SC chairs to provide their work plan for the week. You also need to identify any special AV requirements. Please provide by 10 May.  Your submission should look something like the following:
