You've discovered that putting lots of (HTML) text in the Notes field 
will make it appear on the public page 
(http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/tc_home.php?wg_abbrev=ubl). But 
remember that this also appears on the private page 
(http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/ubl/)

May I suggest that a better way to do this is to ask the webmaster to 
add (at least some of) this text to the bottom of the public page. Note 
that the section for Subcommmittees is static HTML that has addedd in 
this manner.

This way you can use the Notes field for dynamic information such as 
announcements that you can update on a moment's notice.
