Chairs chat 8 October

We don't appear to be holding a formal chairs meeting this week,
but I intend to call in just to touch base.  First person in
should start the call as host....

If Tim is available, I'd like to understand the extent of the
delay we think we're facing with the CCTS alignment and the effect
this will have on our agenda for the San Francisco meeting.  I'd
also like to get comments (if any) on the preliminary meeting
schedule I sent earlier.
