Teleconference settings

I was reminded when calling in this morning and finding no-one there that 
one of the settings that has changed since about the time of the San 
Francisco face-to-face is that the line is now dropped when the host leaves 
the call.

At one point that was turned off such that members who wished to continue 
discussing could do so after the host who initiated the call left.

This was borne out last week in the first ISC teleconference when Anne had 
to leave and Lars and I could not continue talking.

I was reluctant to do so, as that would have required me to stay in the 
call when I might be called away.  Had the setting been as it was recently, 
I would not have hesitated to do so.
