Thank you, Mark. Here at GSA, we are very much interested in implementation
guidance and practical application for our eGov initiative. Any specific

Ken,
The CCSD work is intended as implementation guidance and not as normative
material. The Message Assembly document remains in draft as the principal
author is no longer with us. We are working on this in both UBL and ATG
and may have some suggested changes to CCTS at some point.
