Hello UBL developers,

This is to let you know that the UBL TC this week approved two
OASIS Committee Drafts.  The first is a revised version of the UBL
1.0 Committee Draft, which has now been submitted to OASIS for
approval as an OASIS Standard; if everything goes well, UBL 1.0
will achieve Standard status 1 November 2004.  The second CD is
the document describing the UBL 1.0 Naming and Design Rules; this
document now begins a one-month public review period that ends 17
October 2004.  Formal comments to be considered by the UBL TC
should be submitted via the comment form linked from the OASIS TC
page.  Questions about UBL should *not* use the comment form;
that's what ubl-dev is for.
