Second UBL NDR 1.0 Committee Draft approved

Hello UBL TC and interested observers,

I am pleased to announce that the revised UBL Naming and Design
Rules have been approved by the UBL TC and are now in the process
of submission for OASIS Standardization.  The revised CD can be
found at

These are the naming and design rules that were used in generating
the schemas in the UBL 1.0 Standard.  The NDR CD may undergo minor
editorial tweaks and a change of location when it moves into
consideration by the OASIS member organizations, but with regard
to content, it is now complete.
