I dialed 1800-domain-experts but nobody was answering...

Yes, all looks pretty ok. 

Just having a look at the PO, I noticed that you might have a problem with 
transmitting credit card numbers in-line. As they will normally be going 
plain text.

Even SSL isn't as secure as it once was.

And many systems will store the document in it's original state for audit
purposes, leaving the CC numbers in open view.

So you might have trouble getting financial institutions to authorise your 
merchant account with such a system.

The only real way around this I believe, is to let the payer provide a
payment reference number, or the app to use a payment gateway so
that the transmission of the order and the payment system have a
degree of seperation.

Anyway, financial institutions could do a lot to help straighten this
problem out. It would be good to see some progress made in these
areas as what business has to use generally at the moment is a
bit cumbersome...

oh well.. more accounts clerks and less jobs for e-commerce
professionals....
