Do it yourself tools for Core Component using UML

Hi,

Its good to see that the tools are appearing for Core Component set 
technologies. For those who would like to use free and open source the 
spreadsheet seemt to be the prefered choice. I would  like to bring in 
UML into the picture.

Here is a UML based set  of principles that can be used to store CC's 
and BIE's definitions:

One of the advantages with UML storage of CC's and BIE's definition is 
the integration with modeling software tools. And many UML vendors has 
free versions of their tools. Another advantage is that one can use CC 
in creating one own documents or data messages using more derivation and 
semantical techniques.

Using UML is simple and effecient and surprisingly many organisatin has 
used UML as base for definitions and generation of XML.
