A quick search on Google ('define: base price') suggests
that this term is closely identified with the car industry
(the cost of a car before deductions and shipping).
This may be more than a coincidence with the Google
search in view of UBL's historical roots. I'd hope someone
would find out if there are exact equivalents to this
in the *horizontal* domain for invoices, likely to have a
different term and then add the synonym to the UBL
library.

As the subject asks, I would like to know if there is a meaning for
BasePrice.
