Subject: UBL documents and web services
Hello, I'm building a logistics application and have the intention of adopting a service oriented architecture. The application will require the sending and receiving of such documents as orders, despatch advice documents etc so after a bit of googling came across UBL which seems like the sensible standard to adopt. However, my understanding of web services and XML has a missing piece of the puzzle. How does one transmit a UBL document, lets say for example a despatch advice, using SOAP. Would I extract the information from the UBL document or rap it up. I've looked around for an answer but can only find the very simplest of examples for using web services - I can find nothing that hints at how one would transmit and use something as complicated as a UBL document. Thank you in advance. Robert -- Internal Virus Database is out-of-date. Checked by AVG Free Edition. Version: 7.1.375 / Virus Database: 267.15.10/262 - Release Date: 16/02/2006
