Work in progress, Fraser ... we've adopted the techniques so far only for the purposes of creating the next draft of UBL 2 (next week's task in Brussels) to then experiment with as a public delivery for feedback and test implementation. I'm confident we'll decide to keep them as I'm quite sure they should work, but at these early stages we are still not finalizing anything. Committee members propose approaches, the ones that sound acceptable are implemented for review, we keep the ones that work.
